How to cancel rock identifier app (iPhone)
RockScan Pro subscriptions purchased on iPhone are managed through Apple. To cancel: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → select RockScan → Cancel Subscription. Request refunds via Apple support. We cannot cancel App Store subscriptions on your behalf.
Web studio & web billing
The live identifier is at rockidentifier.tech/app. Sign-in uses an email magic link or Google. For account or scan issues, email us from the address you signed in with. Web subscriptions cancel through the Stripe portal or by contacting support — separate from Apple billing.

How do I cancel the rock identifier app subscription on iPhone?
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → RockScan (or Rock Identifier) → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Apple manages billing — RockScan support cannot cancel App Store subscriptions for you. For refunds, use Apple’s report-a-problem flow.
How do I cancel a rock identifier subscription on the web?
If you subscribed through the web studio, use the Stripe billing portal from your purchase email or contact support from the same email you signed in with. Web and App Store subscriptions are separate — canceling one does not cancel the other.
How much does RockScan / the rock identifier app cost?
